The Christmas holidays bring together entire families, couples and friends in nights that stay in everyone’s memory for the rest of the year. Aperitifs and starters on our Christmas Menu

Sharing is living, and during this time of year sitting on the magnificent terrace of the inner courtyard of our hotel in the old town of Palma requires an aperitif in the middle of the table and a lot of conversation between guests. For this occasion, we have created three starters: a duck cannelloni with foie gras and truffle in a seasonal mushroom sauce, a salmon tartar, with avocado and mango with wakame seaweed and grilled octopus over a bed of potato and paprika emulsion. A selection of dishes filled with flavour and a delicate essence which will create an incredible evening. To continue, and before the main courses, guests can choose between two starters: a lobster bisque, for those looking for something a little different; or a classic Christmas soup, for those who like something traditional.

Once the aperitifs and the starters have been enjoyed, it’s time to move on to the mains. We wanted to explore all the different options for different taste buds, pleasing all those sat around the table, to ensure a perfect lunch or dinner. For those who are meat lovers, we have shoulder of lamb, roast suckling pig or a Galician beef entrecote of the highest quality. And for those who want fish, they can choose between a grilled sea bass or a baked turbot, straight from sea to table. Following these mains and the delights we have previously mentioned, those lucky enough to enjoy this Christmas menu will end with a selection of homemade desserts which leave everyone wanting one more mouthful.

The Christmas Menu at our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca offers, all what we have previously mentioned as well as, a wine pairing, drinks, coffee and various sweets and is priced at 43 euros per person (2 people minimum). Also, you have an ample number of days to enjoy it and to ensure that you don’t have any problems when it comes to reserving your table: the menu will be available from the 20th of December 2019 until the 10th of January 2020– Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve closed.
